"When I started doing mobile DJ work in college it seemed like a great way for a young person to make an extra buck. 25 years later Dartin Studio Mobile DJ & Sound Design has evolved into a very nice side gig to complement my full time profession in radio. With experience and growth over the years, it’s clear that being a mobile DJ is more about entertaining the crowd than it is about playing music. It’s staggering how much people will pay to have a live DJ at their event, especially weddings. Many of these DJs are charging far too much for their services. I believe everyone should be able to afford to have a live DJ at their event without breaking the bank! My concept has always been, run a smaller, tighter show, with all the needed lights, music, and karaoke that your guests expect, offer that experience at an affordable price… and have fun doing it! That business model has built me a great reputation over the years. Based in Tulsa, OK, I take this business all over the state and entertain crowds at weddings, parties and events, large and small. What areas do you cover?
Dartin Studio is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We cover the immediate area, and travel outside of our 50 mile coverage area at the cost of $1 per mile above the original 50 miles
We were thinking of having a theme party, perhaps something from the 80's. Can you handle that?
Dartin Studio simply has the best music around. Period. We strive to have the best mix from the 50's through today's current hits. Want an 50 sock hop? A 70's disco? A Totally Awesome 80's party? New Jack Swing/Grunge 90's theme? We have the biggest hits to accommodate every need.
My church youth group is having an event. Do you have Christian music too?
We have everything you could want and more. Your favorite artists heard on Christian radio stations around the nation is at our disposal and yours.
What's the best way to book Dartin Studio?

How long do you need to setup?
Setup times can vary between each event but typically we aim to arrive an hour and a half before the start of your party. Tear down typically takes just less than an hour. You are never charged for that set up or tear down time, only for your event time.
Do you require a deposit?
We do require a deposit to secure your date. Dartin Studio will send you an online invoice which can be paid with your credit card. If cash or check are your only options, arrangements can easily be made. The remaining final payment is due no less that one week prior to your event.
We'll have guests of all ages. Do you play clean versions of songs?
Absolutely. Dartin Studio plays radio friendly versions of all your favorite hits. You don't have to worry about what the DJ or the song will say next. It's good clean fun with Dartin Studio.
We need music for our wedding as well as our reception.
Your wedding day is very important, not only to you, but also to us. You want everything to be perfect. So do we. Depending on the location and your needs, Dartin Studio can provide music for both events. If it's necessary that we be at your wedding rehearsal to have everything in step, a small fee will be added to your total to cover our costs of transportation.
Can we set up a backyard movie party
Dartin Studio has a great projector and 10' screen that's perfect for throwing the best poolside movie party on the block. You provide the popcorn.
Do you charge extra for Karaoke
Everyone loves karaoke. Get a mic in someone's hand and they become a rock star for 5 minutes. There's no extra fee for karaoke. It's included with your base package. Just let us know in advance as It does require a little different set up.
